Minutes of the June 11, 2009 Meeting
Present: Robert Lutts, Raymond Vaillancourt and Thaddeus Buczko
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Robert Lutts.
Several organizations attended the meeting and review their proposals for the next fiscal year. (North Shore Community Action, Catholic Charities, Salem Mission, Salem State College, and St. Vincent de Paul) The representatives were informed that the amounts granted last year would be reduced this year due to the decrease in interest earned on the funds. Robert Lutts will review funding and present budget and expenditure suggestions for the next fiscal year.
Robert Lutts distributed the Third Quarter Report from the Eastern Bank ending March 31, 2009.
The Salem Council on Aging submitted a request for reimbursement for medication expenses ($1,338.36). A motion was made by Raymond Vaillancourt to approve the expenses from the Endicott Fund. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and voted unanimously.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 14, 2009 meeting. The motion was seconded by Robert Lutts and voted unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:35PM.
